Refund Policy
At Strategic Learning Solutions, we aim to deliver quality and satisfaction. However, we acknowledge there may be rare cases requiring a refund. Below are our refund terms and procedures.
1. General Rule
All course enrollments are considered final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under promotional terms or technical faults attributable to our systems.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment or overcharge confirmed by the payment gateway
- Technical failure preventing access for over 72 hours
- Platform error resulting in failure to deliver enrolled content
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or user-initiated cancellation after access was granted
- Failure to complete the modules or assessments within the given time
- Violation of platform rules or honor code
4. Request Procedure
Email admin@strategiclearningsolutions.net within 7 days of the issue. Please include your name, date of payment, course title, and a short explanation. We respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, or PayPal) within 7–10 business days.
